The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a self report questionnaire designed to help understand psychological types and relate these types to everyday life. The MBTI helps identify differences between people, differences that can be the source of much misunderstanding and miscommunication.
Taking the MBTI inventory and receiving feedback enhances an individuals understanding of themselves, their motivations, their natural strengths and potential areas for growth. It also helps to understand the differences between other people.
